Meet Jenny 

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in supporting children, adolescents, adults and families. My work encompasses individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a range of issues such as illness, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal violence, family dynamics, attachment, and emotional challenges.

I utilize various therapeutic modalities, anchored in attachment-based, trauma-informed practices, and supported by the science of interpersonal neurobiology. I believe that connection with oneself and with others, regulation, and felt safety are essential for nurturing secure relationships and promoting healthy behaviors.
